LIMITED EDITION PRINTS AVAILABLE
The breastplate (choshen) was one of the eight holy garments worn by the high priest (kohen gadol) while serving in the Beis Hamikdash. It beautifully displayed twelve precious gemstones, each representing one of the 12 tribes of Israel. I wanted to create a piece that would allow the viewer to truly appreciate the jewels up close and adorn their walls with it much, much like the way we use jewlery. I love how the Choshen symbolizes the diversity within the Jewish people and how we are still one unit, regardless of our differences.
Crafted with precision and care, each piece is available in multiple formats: rolled canvas, stretched canvas with wire so it's ready-to-hang, or on fine art paper.
I am only producing 99 Paper Giclee 12"x12" pieces of this edition and only 25 canvas pieces whether purchased stretched or rolled.
